Unfortunately, I am an existing customer of Kohinoor Group (Hotchandani's) and have invested my hard earned money in one of flats; its a newly constructed apartment named Royal XXXXXXXXXX. After getting the possession of my flat, the builder turned a deaf ear towards the woes of the purchaser. Builder often used to demand money and impose penalty on purchaser (if he/she paid late) but on the contrary he has not delivered the quality for which they advertise often or what the things they actually promised to provide (as mentioned in advertisement pamphlet). The building built was not properly supervised as much of the work was delegated to inexperienced labour/contractors because of which the members of building are facing un-ending problems. Lot of cost cutting has been done just to save money from the units produced, as the builder is very ruthless. At last I would say they are never on what they actually commit! What they promise and deliver has a day and night difference. In my opinion, one should not invest his/her money in such "good for no-one" ventures.
