MJR Builder has become the most successful real estate company. Their aim is to provide delightful spaces to our customers. MJR Pearl is one of the popular residential developments in Whitefield, neighborhood of Bangalore. It is among the upcoming projects of MJR Builders Private Limited.
I have visited the site today. Their model apartment is quite impressive. The location also is good. it is roight next to kadugodi bus terminal and white field railway station. and about 1+ kms from Hope farm signal

The only negative thing I can see in this project is the train sirens because it is close to railway track...But they have put enough free space so that the closeness of the bus terminal and railway station will not affect you in any other way

The price was good, the location perfect and MJR Platina also seemed upto the mark. Considering the location 2kms from Silk Board, 4 Kms from JP Nagar and Koramangala, proximity to electronic city, international schools, world class Hospitals, the price of apartment is defenetly fairly priced.
