Q: i m a a buyer of phase 1 for penalty they r saying that they have upgraded all flat without consent of buyer and all amount of penalty had adjusted in it . u have any solution .pl call me wiqar anjum

Hi, did you have a word with the builder? They cannot upgrade any part of the building without the consent of the investors, kindly call or visit the builders office and charge them with question.
no reply instead of solution they strted blackmailing by ginen a huge bill of interest for late payment who will listen us wait hours out side the office of amrapali ,office boy appointed as excecutive to whom u start deal
