DLF Woodland Heights near Rajapura and Electronic City
Q: Yes, I have booked a 2BHK in WL Heights few months back 3300. But - I have never been to Bangalore - I am out of India and I have done this for investment purpose only Reason: - Good builder(DLF), - Not a very high cash outflow upfront - Being in "Bangalore" or at least outskirts of b'lore seemed impressive. - Some companies already in vicinity (eg HCL etc.) That's it. I am only "hoping" this would appreciate in coming future (1-2 yrs) - not sure how true that will be.

Latest Answer: Frnds,this project is golf faces village hence i think you should not buy it at any price 4500. For golf, 6000 is a fair price.So please check the market and then invest.

Q: DLF Regarding their new project My Town at Rajapura( close to Electronic City), Bangaluru. It is an integrated township project in 75 acres of land spread along the Hennagara Lake.
