Q: Yes, I have booked a 2BHK in WL Heights few months back 3300. But - I have never been to Bangalore - I am out of India and I have done this for investment purpose only Reason: - Good builder(DLF), - Not a very high cash outflow upfront - Being in "Bangalore" or at least outskirts of b'lore seemed impressive. - Some companies already in vicinity (eg HCL etc.) That's it. I am only "hoping" this would appreciate in coming future (1-2 yrs) - not sure how true that will be.
