Owners court property
Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a falt at owners court (Hosa Road).Need some information like 1) property over this layout is A kahata or not. 2) Is it ok to buy the flat here with some deviation(13%) as builder is not providing Occupancy certificate. kindly suggest or leave you number I will call back. Hi Rohit, The project is approve by BBMP and it is having A Khata. There are only plots available for sale in Owners Court for the time being.
Hi Sagar , If you can provide your review on Century22 builders it would be grate. ( Project Name :Kapila @ owners court). The builder is not providing OC
