is there any risk in buying in ILD- spire greeens sec-37c

Hi Mr Mittal and Mr. Singh, i heard that possession of ILD- spire greens will be only in 2016. Still there is long time. Then why are u telling that there is long delay.. And are there any previous projects of the same developer which are having any issues?
Dear Mr. Ranjeet and Mr. Singh , thanks for your inputs your answers have given me a enough clue to take a decision , can you please further advice what about affordablle housing project in Sec-37 which is being developed by Aex Builder.

Thanks for ur responses.. @Rajan, which is the project in Sec 37? And I understand you are looking for affordable rates but what budget approx are u looking at?
30 - 40 laks is budget i am looking at and should be a registered property so that loan is available , can you please help
