Here all amenities are nearby . According to me investing here is a good deal. You can expect good return in 2-3 years.

Hi Preeti, As per my knowledge, recently, a number of developers have come up with subvention schemes, where property buyers need to pay a small amount of the property at the time of booking and the rest can be paid at the time of possession. This schemes are new a new form of bank financing for home loans.
@ Preeti, Subvention schemes are beneficial for those looking for shelter and can’t afford to pay EMIs and the rent, together. As property buyers need to start paying only at possession, this comes as a mutual beneficial situation for both buyers as well as developers. However there are certain positive (Advantages) & negative (disadvantages) risks attached to this plan.

Hi Mr Puneet, In my point of view, you should check with builder regarding building plan, lay out approval, NOC (no objection certificate), Certificate of completion, basic amenities , clear title & Approval of conversion. You may ask why these are necessary to check, i will say that before buying any property, ensure that you are asking the builder or developer for all the above said documents to be sure that you are buying a property that does not and will not have any legal hassles in the future.
Hi Mr Puneet, Before buying any residential property you must check certificate of completion & basic amenities. Certificate of Completion:-This certificate is required from the authorities before the property is given for possession to the customers. Completion Certificate denotes that the builder or the developer has constructed the building as per approved plan.
