Q: hi, we had actually blocked flat no 004 directly with the owner but the maintenance in charge had somehow convinced the owner of the flat No 004 to let the same flat for rent for the party whom he referred to Owner. he did for the commission he get from the party for introducing the owner. we actually was supposed to shift to the flat on 11th September 2015 and the agreement was supposed to be done on sept 6th. but this owner and maintenance guy did the agreement with some other tenant and they didn't even told us that they have already given the house for other tenant. they were mentioning they will rent it to us. they are big cheater.... so please be beware of this maintenance incharge
