Completion status of KG signature flats - Maduravail chennai
Q: Hi proved owners of KG sign. I have booked 1107 of C-block. I inquired KG office about handover date. They coolly say that electricity and water connection not obtained. If they dely more they must pay the penalty as per contract..... kalimuthuk63@gmail.com

Thanks Mr. Gurmeet. I too contacted them and their answer was same. We all join together and request for expediting the water and electricity as well as penalty payment. I was told one of my friend that OZONE in anna nagar paid penalty to the flat owner even though flat owners did not ask them.Thanks Mr. Gurmeet. I too contacted them and their answer was same.
