Luxuriously Semi-Furnished 2BHK and 3BHK Apartment for Rent in NeoTown, Smondoville, Electronic City, Bangalore
Q: Friends, I have 3 apartments (two 2BHK and a 3BHK) in NeoTown Smondoville (Eectronic City Phase 1, Bangalore) and I would like to rent them out. Could you help pass the word around to your friends and colleagues in office looking for rental properties, so they get in touch with me. All apartments include covered car park and are tastefully furnished with teak finish wardrobes, modular kitchen, wooden flooring in the master bedroom and can come with an additional teak wood TV unit and teak wood bar unit (or crockery cabinet). All bath, light, fan, geyser and kitchen chimney fittings are all high end quality too. I have no restriction to offer the apartment to families or bachelors so long it is kept well maintained. The expected rent including maintenance charges is 15000 p.m (75 thousand deposit) for the 2BHK and 19000 p.m (1 lakh deposit) for the 3BHK. Your help will be much appreciated.
