Has anyone really got possession of their plot
Q: I have booked plots in phase 5. I am not sure what the developer is upto. Does anyone have an update? Veracity Landmark Developers, Emerald Valley project in Tamhini ghat

Hi Aashish, heard that currently only phase 1 has got approval of Town Planning. Other i.e from phase 2 to phase 7 , they will get approval by march 2014 only. And within two to three months they will hand over to us.

They told me the same.. I propose that we should start community on Facebook about Emerald Valley veracity to keep each other posted about developments. Not sure how trustworthy developers are..
