Land value
Q: My land is in survey No.308 & 309, village Bachupally, Qutubullapur Mandal, hyderabad. need to know how has the land value appreciated. Is it right time to sell??

Hello Rajesh, as far as i know it is not the right time to sell your land now. Right now the price per sq ft would be around Rs 10,000. If you wait for some more time you may get good appreciation.
THanks Abdul, but are you sure the rate per sq ft is 10k. I was told it is below 6k per sq ft.
