Think before Investing In MAXBLIS CONSTRUCTION PVT. LTD.
Q: i booked 3 flats in Grand Wellington which i applied for cancellation around Four months back . My alloted units have been resold and yrt i have not got the refund djue to shortage of funds ( as told by Mr. Vikas Chawla, CEO, Maxblis Contruction Pvt. Ltd. ). Moreover they are not a member of any association or so , in which i can complain like CREDAI. etc. I feel like a beggar whenever i visit their office.

Latest Answer: Hi, frnds, i had a word with the broker reading this project.. they said the project is a worthless one... the quality is very bad... there is no proper paper present .. neither anyone receives any call.... hence i do not think any one would like to take a risk like this..
