cost of 200 sq yard in Bhagirath Vihar
Q: Kindly share the current cost of 200 sq. yard. Kindly share what all additional expenses are there on the top of these charges.

Hi, Seema for 200 sq yards they are quoting around Rs 33 lakhs and this is including all the development charges.

Hi, Mr Deb, this is located in Yamuna Expressway. Within distance less than 0.5km from the project we have Nearest School like GautamBudh University, like Formula One. They are offering 250 sqyrds plots and quoting Rs 41.25 Lakhs .
Any idea if we can get home loan on this property?
