I have also heard about the Aratt Atlantis project in that location from my friends.. They told me that Soon this developers going to start its second phase of project.. My comments to replies
Anekal-Chandapur-EC really a good option to invest as it is well connected to Silkboard and Koramangla. The locality has an advantage of equidistant from Electronic city and other IT companies in ORR/Marathalli. So investing in this area can be fruitful.

Recent development in Chandapura Anekal belt are: Allianz group has come out with two plans with the one being named Eldarado Park off Anekal - Jigani Road with 1100 villas plus 200 row houses, 500 apartments, 18 hole golf course, 4 screen Multiplex, 5 star hotel with 150 rooms. Allianz Shopping Mall on Anekal Jigani Road – proposed – inside Allianz Eldorado Park - with 1,75,000 sq.ft leasable area. The stretch from the Chandapura circle to Anekal is now proposed to have 6 lanes and two service roads on the both sides with total width of 300 Sq.Ft.
