I own a flat here. There is no tennis court. There is no badminton court. There is no Basketball court. There is no communication from the builder when you register the apartment about maintenance staff. You have find out by asking other occupants. All staff are from a secular community. There is no Wifi. There is no Cafeteria. There is no Broadband Internet. You have to find a provider by your own. There is an owners group on yahoo groups called "pinnacleheights". The builder has promised indoor games, has not been implemented yet. Club house is not yet built. Once you pai money, you are treated like crap.
