We have got some info that it might start in 2-3 months due to new mhada rule removed today.. @mahtab what were u informed

Hi, Yes, These projects get delay due to some legal matter but now the construction work is going on. I have a word with their sales head and found that the date of possession will be December'2015.
i dont think 2015 it will be ready..

Is there any update on the status of Kripasagar CHS with A & A Shelters Pvt Ltd. They are prolonging months after months and not imposing any confidence when they will be able to fulfill. I have invested in the project nearly two years back and doesn't see any progress until. Can anyone share more info?

Q: Can anyone share about Mayfair hillcrest project about location, water, builder and other points.

It offers Studio+1/2 BHK apartments. Studio and 1BHK apartments have been fully sold out only 2BHK in 700 sq-ft. have left. A 2BHK in 700 sq-ft will cost to you Rs. 2 crore all inclusive.
