What is the current status of narne east city, Secunderabad. I want to sell my 2 plots of 250 sq yards each.
Q: Hi. I had bought 2 plots of 250 sq yards each at sector 2, east city, Bibinagar in 1989. About 2 years ago, I got a communication from Narne estates saying that there is some case going on there, so it is better to sell it back to us now otherwise you won't get anything later on. We chose not to sell at that time. I wanted to know about the current status of this particular project, and exactly what is going on there. I have the sale deed in my name, so can I sell my plots?? Also, what is the going rate of these properties at this time?Any inputs would be greatly appreciated!!

I think the current rate for 250 sq yards would be around 12 lakhs...
But can the property be sold now? I had heard that it is disputed property..some case going on narne estates...
