How is the reputation of this builder? Are there any upcoming residential localities nearby? If yes, which are they? Which bank(s) approved this project and future prospects of it if someone wants to buy it as a house to live for self on possession?

Hi, Kalpana Pratham Villa is residential project which is located in Dadri. Dadri is a neighboring area of Greater Noida.The builder is Max Balaji group , who has good reviews in past for project delivery. So you can go ahead with the project.. Are you looking for investment in this project or for end use?
I am looking for this project as end user and visited site.I visited site in feb 2013 and it was like agriculture land.Their sales executive told me that land has been purchased by max balaji group and the work will be started imidiately after crop is harvested.But till date no work is started even the demarcation of land is not done.I was called to their office for verification of documents of approval of project and was kept waiting for 4 houra and no paper was available.Furthermore no bank is financing for this project which was confirmed by their GM Marketing a few days back.Further they are claiming the same site for Defence city 1,2,and 3 at same location.what will the buyer feel on having this knowledge and mis guiding by pratham villas.And now some company EVELUEESTATES IS also claiming to be their partners.What is the fact about prathamvillas.They are also claiming to construct row houses on the same location.Please advice me about these situations.

Hi, i have gone though this project and the project has various modern amenities like Swimming Pool, Play Area, Health Facilities, Security, Intercom, Club House, Rain Water Harvesting, Gymnasium, Indoor Games etc.
But they are not able to show the official approval of villa project mentioning all these facilities from the concerned authorities and say verbally that it approved by jila panchayat where as i feel it should be approved from all the departments as colonising authority,health,fire and municipal authorities and real estate regulatory authority

Ms.Kajal,I feel you dont have any authentic information about this projectand you are telling whatever the Balaji people are diverting the truth.Please go through the facts as you said that HDFC is financing for this project.Please confirm and then only say.
