Indian Society (Suntec City) Mullanpur
Q: I want to know about Indian Society (Suntec City) Mullanpur. Is it ok to invest in their prtoject? Please give expert opinion.

Hello Ashwani, as far as i know it is good project to invest. The price is Rs 14,000 per sq yard. Here the plot size would be around 500 sq.yd . The total project is of 135 acres. Location is also good as it is just 5 km to PJI hospital and 12 km to railway station.
Hello. They do not have 135 acres. They have around 45-50 acres. Getting CLU is not easy for them.
