builder has no conscious
Q: the builder who operates under the name aristo takes 4 years to finish the building after the buyers move in. 70% OF THE apts are leaking in kharghar and when we approached him, he said its our problem. every building he builds he operates his office from the same residential block. he has no regard of law as cidco is in his pocket. i have decided to take him to court.

Latest Answer: Hi Binesh, First, there must be an apartment association and that that association need to be registered. Secondly, check the agreement if anywhere it is mentioned that for how many months the builder is going to take care of the maintenance and you should also seek legal help.
