Q: hi friends, i am planning to go for a DS Max project in Sahakar Nagar , if anyone has already done the same , pl let me know your views about this Locality and the Builder Thanks

Hi , Sukumar, i am planning to go for a 2BHK , this being just the initial 'survey' phase for me , but i have heard that DS Max is a credible name in Bangalore ..any info from your side ?

hi Gajendra , do they provide the A Katha & Occupancy Certificate on time... ? ...and i have seen many builders going for an 'extra' floor which is not approved as per plan ..what about DS Max wrt these issues ? thanks
