RIsk on Property?
Q: I really want to book a flat in mantra meadows, but have few quaries. 1) This project is in soft launch from last 6 months and till now the property is not approved by GDA. 2) From some resources i came to know that they had sold there land to other builder also on the website ob ABL (abl.in) there is no information about this project. So is it safe to invest in this?

Latest Answer: There are some unique amenities that is going to provide by the builders are, Yoga Centre, Jogging Track, Children Play Areas, Wave Pool, Landscape Gardens, Multipurpose Launge, Interactive Seating Areas and Guest Room.
