I am looking for reviews/experiences for Mantri Heights project.
Q: Looks like the project was startsed by Rakesh Builders and then Mantri took over. However the flats don't seem to be selling. They are quoting 70-72 Lacs and then offering a some discount. Wondering what's up. Any thoughts anybody?

Latest Answer: I am planning to book an apartment in Mantri Global Heights, they have around 20 flats sold so far and they say that 5 families are already staying there. They have said that there is no electricity and water issues. Please advise.
