DSR Sunrise Towers Completion delay?
Q: Hi guys, Thinking of buying a 3BHK in DSR Sunrise towers. Please help me with the project status and is it wise to buy in it? I heard project was supposed to be completed in January 2014, but now it's postponed to October 2014. Also, I read in forums, DSR is not to be trusted (DSR Spring beauty had so many legal issues and so on..) Any help is appreciated.

Hello Sathyamurthy, Any idea why there is a delay in possession? Is there any legal issue? Because one of my friend has short listed this project .
I'm not sure if there are any legal issues. 60% of apartments (~130) are yet to be sold, when I enquired with the builder last week. So, I wanted to know, if anyone is aware of any. People who have already booked can help with some inputs.
