Anyone booked a flat in Urban Flora ?
Q: I am considering to buy a flat in this project. So just want to know the review about the project? One of the issue I found is, they have not got Loan approval from SBI. So just want to know anyone of you have checked the legal documents and get it verified? Please let me know your reviews.

as per my knowledge ... LIC is providing home loan, although the builder has applied for SBI one month back ...but there is no update on the same .....
