Is LBT applicable on flat, registered before 1st April 2013
Q: I have purchased a flat at Baner, Pune and registration was done on 6th June 2012. It was ready possession flat. Builder has completion letter. Now builder want to do sale deal. Is LBT applicable ? And is LBT applicable for flat owners who booked flat before compilation ?

Latest Answer: Hi... Yes you will have to pay the additional 1% for the LBT while going for the sales deed.
