Hi I think you should definitely invest in Gomti Nagar. It is now developing as the commercial and IT hub. There are more than 25 projects in this road. Recently my friend has booked , they are offering plots also. I think there are few apartments left for sale also. The price of the flats ranges from Rs 30lakhs to Rs 52lakhs.
