is this a good project and how is builders review?

I am planning to buy a flat @ Shree Vardhaman Dreams. Is it a growing area? What is the status of the approvals and when is the project expected to get completed?

@Chetan, You didn't mention the name of the Builder. I would suggest you to check review of that builder before making any deal with them. Here http://www.mouthshut.com/builders-and-developers you will get user reviews of almost all the Builders. I hope this will help you out. Regards, Madhav Jha
Thanks Madhav, It is Vardhaman developers, I tried searching on mouthshut and few other links but could not fetch much information.
