Q: Dear Sir, I am planning to buy a reasle flat in bangalore (north bangalore) in Yelahanka. The project is Unitech Heritage Estate, which is located on doddaballapur road. This is placed equidistance from city center and airport. The building is 15 years old. But really maintained very well and by first look it looks like 3 years old or so. The project has all the amenities and quite peaceful location though located on NH. I am getting 2 BHK flat of 915 sq.ft at 36 lacks (after negotiation)including car park. Currently its fetching 12k rent per month. I need your expert opinion on the project, location and appreciation chances. Pls let me know is it right way to go or any other suggestions. I am buying home for the first time and relying heavily on home loan. The rent will cover my 40% of EMI. Thank you so much Regards, Sunil H
