Either this is game played by the builder or some consortium........Any inside story Please or comment ?? Tower-E price will be 14950/sq-ft. and inaugural discount will be Rs.1000/sq-ft. Corner PLC for 2 side will be Rs.250/sq-ft. whereas for 3 side corner PLC will be Rs. 500/sq-ft.

Down Payment Plan:- Booking amount-10%, within 45 days-85% and, on offer of possession -5% whereas in Construction Link Payment Plan- 10% at the time of booking, 10% within 45 days of booking, 10% on start of construction work, 10% on completion of raft work, 10% on completion of 5th floor slab, 7.5% on completion of 10th and 15% slab work respectively, 5% on completion of 20th floor slab, 5% on commencement of top floor slab, 5% on completion of brick work, 5% on completion of internal plaster, 5% on completion of external plaster, 5% on completion of external paint and 5% on offer of possession.Hi Anup,
