Heya Neel, the project is quoting Rs 7500 and this price is all inclusive. Yo have to just pay the registration fee. There are few schemes of payment also, like CLP and Down payment. So you can go for the plan which suits you.

Sector 93 is near Noida Expressway and is always in news for being the best opportunity in terms of investment. Sector 93 is a mix of residential area and village area. There a lot of projects coming in Sector 93 and it is a developing sector. To give a proper number of projects, there are 5-6 ready to move in projects and 3 ongoing projects. So you have to just select the project according to your budget. One of the brokers told me that the appreciation will be around 3x times. But you need to choose the project very wisely.
In sector 93B you have Indraprastha Global School, within 3 km you have Genisis Global School. There are two upcoming hospital with 5-8 km radius. I feel the builders are lucky as they do not have to think about the locality!

I guess then local traffic would use the rest eight lanes without having to pay toll. Henceforth those entering the expressway lanes will be tolled even if they get out at UP Gate or Dasna!!!
Surishree I heard that Uttar Pradesh government was earlier keen on getting Rs 900 crore central assistance for widening of NH-24 from UP Gate to Dasna. It wanted the work to be executed by the state public works department!!!!!

I feel the biggest advantage of Golf Course Road is the accessibility. It is very well connected to two of the Corridors of Golf Course road and Sohna Road. Even you will have NH 8 accessibility. IGI Airport is just 30 min away from the area, what else can be the reason for the demand to rise constantly! Gurgaon and New Gurgaon is driven by the connectivity factor.
How is the infrastructural growth of the place?? I want to know how is the traffic congestion ! Is the place still developing ?

Hi Jay, the project is located in a very good and they are offering fully furnished 1 and 2 bhks. Very good for investment purpose. Also a very reputed builder hence your money will have proper value and there will be surely 45 % appreciation till the time of possession.

well according to a Broker who i was dealing with...this area is in the developing area and the project had some initial problems but as of now the construction is in full swing and the appreciation expected is double...
well he is right suroshree.... there is another thing to be noted that the builder doesnt not have a good reputation in the market... from the start there was problems and heard that even his licence got cancelled some time back due to non payment and then it was renewed.

Hey Neel: this project provide 3bhk and 4bhks. The price for 3bhk will be around Rs 6,250 and there are four sizes. 1800 sq ft, 1999 sq ft, 2035 sq ft , 2120 sq ft and 4bhk of 2600 sq ft.

Hi Indranil, i was advised by the brokers in the area that the builder is ok and their construction quality is good. the builder has mainly dealt with commercial projects and that might be the reason for you not hearing about this builder

well yogesh the plan is the extend the blue line from the current station at noida city centre. This 60km loop will bring in parts of noida and greater noida into the line.. there by providing easy commuting to residents of this place as well...
Hey, i think this is good move and the metro reach should be extended... but i do feel that there has to be some other measures taken as well to control and provide comfortable travel... The blue line is already overcrowded at all times and is packed beyond capacity during peak hours..
