My comments to replies
The sector is well maintained and offers facilities such as schools hospitals banks ATM markets 24 hours water supply and security. Most of the colonies have beautiful landscaping and have adequate parking. A sector 110 market is just opposite the sector that offers all basic facilities.
For an end users, Sector 82 is an excellent and safe locality with modern amenities for residence. Ideally suited for persons serving in the proximity of Noida.

Hi ,See the area is already a developed area. There are n number of new roads coming up and the metro line is already proposed. The real estate sector grew along the sides of the expressways and roads. On Golf Course extension Road ,you have new sectors on the left hand side and old sectors on the right hand sides. In older sectors the infrastructure is well developed. Hence the Golf Course Extension’s infrastructure will roll out soon.Hi ,See the area is already a developed area. heya Sarthi, yes the area is a developed area, within 15 min drive you will have schools and colleges and hospitals. The project is expected to be over by 2016 June. You can take a grace period of 6 months .

Hi Guys i had a word with the sales executive of the project, they said that the project has few documents related issues which they are trying to solve. Also since 6 months the project is paused, not scraped! Hmm about appreciation i wanna say, that pricing of properties would be an important aspect to look at while buying any project for end user purpose. Also if one is regularly commuting to Delhi will be positive point for the end user to choose this location. For investors, this was one of the best area for huge appreciation. It is a better idea to buy a ready to move in unit and put it on rent, which will fetch you better returns.
What is the price structure of the place ? And is this good for investment purpose or end use purpose!

Yes sure... the banks that have approved the project are HDFC, ICICI and Axis. You can take atleast 70 percent home loan from the concerned bank!!

Yes, Ofcourse, Tata Value Homes forayed into the Gujarat market with the launch of “Shubh Griha” in 2012, which was first sold via a random selection process monitored by KPMG. The project was oversubscribed 10 times within days of its launch. Shubh Griha is a part of an integrated township project designed by architectural firm HoK of Toronto. Pawan Sarda, Head Marketing, Tata Value Homes, said the offer will be valid for the next nine days.

At the same time, Rajasthan Lokayukta directed the JDA to regularize the illegal construction in the old building after imposing heavy penalties, while, recently constructed construction can be demolished.
