Yes Praveen the project is approved by the concerned authority and even banks have approved the project. The sales executive said all leading banks have approved the project that is HDFC, ICICI, LIC and all. You will get home loan from them

Hello, the government says that all documents must be presented for registeration within 4 months of the date of signing.... or if this was signed abroad then the time is calculated as 4 months from teh date of receipt in India. Hi, In Behror the plotted development is gaining pace thanks to the growing up of the Neemrana Industrial Area and the Japanese collaboration there. Hi, well yes this sector is good in terms of connectivity with the dwarka expressway and lies on either sides of the pataudi road. The sector is among the upcoming sectors of Gurgaon and has reputed builders here. Parts of Sector 89A is the land bank of vatika group and is part of the vatika India neXt project. IMT Manesar is easily accessible from here and is also close to the commercial sectors. IGI airport, Railway station, Proposed ISBT, Proposed metro station is all nearby.

Hi, As per my knowledge, this project is located in a very good residential locality. Now a days in this location , 2 BHK apartment of area 1009 sq-ft to 1250 sq-ft, rent will be from 15000/- to 18000/- . The possession of this project is April 2017. Construction is in full swing. Brick work is going to finish very soon.

Q: A dumb place to live...... residents here are too coward.... secretary here is a bully.... you always find notices that if you don't do even the petty small small things he will call the police and believes he is the master of Gurgaon police. Tenants here considered as third grade citizens with no say in any of the problems. Installed cctv cameras few years back but they worked only for 2-3 days. They got the money of CCTV out of residents pocket and heard that then secretary made a huge scam. every second day you will find lift not working and problem due to monkeys roaming in the society like anything. You cannot carry food items in open. Electricity can be disconnected if the balance goes below 0. I got my electricity disconnected even at the balance of Rs 323. Staff at maintenance office doesn't listen to you and is more of sarkari nature pure babudom. Can even abuse you and threat of dire consequences as mostly are local village goons. You can get flavor at the society gate where you will find two-three goons type people and staring at the lady residents. you can find villiage locals roaming in the society as the local security supervisor allows their friend to let roam in the society.

Yes, you can go for this Takshila Heights, Sector-37/C, Gurgaon. As the project has got Occupancy Certificate and hopefully you will get possession by this month end for all the remaining towers. Yes, i am agree with Bhuvan. If possession is not delivered on time, you can send a notice to the builder, claiming refund of the amounts paid along with interest and/or damages. Hello Seekha, I have bought a 2bhk in Subvention Scheme in Tower C2, but the Builder buyer agreement says that he will pay interest of loan till one year after that they will send us the cheques on a monthly basis till possession. Is it true that builder will send cheques monthly? Also, can anyone plan a meeting with the builder anytime soon so that we can discuss the possession date?
