If any one purchased the plots in this venture please share your experience. How the developments going on? Do they have required docs and approvals? I came to know that V and VI phases dont have HMDA approvals. Is it OK to buy then are they going to get approvals later for sure?thanks

Hi, I am planning to take flat in Prime Legend near kondapur. But I was confused because I heard there are few things like lake ,Dharga and cemetery are very near to apartments. As I am not staying in India I am not much aware of that location.Can anyone please suggest me on this.

Hello Neetha, so far I didn't hear any bad review about this project. It is located near the Botanical Gardens, Kondapur, next to Chirac Public School, Hitech City.
