Delay in possession of Barcelona Flat
Q: Hi, The possession has been delayed more than a year now and it seems it would be another 6 months to go. Is there anything which can be done about this? Is the builder reliable enough?

Hi Lalit, Thanks for your response. We are trying to contact other customers, but have been unable to do so. Builder will not provide this info, since they don't want us to gang up on them. Hi, Sachin/Sachin P, Thanks for your replies. We have also booked a flat in Barcelona and are facing the same problem of delays. Last notice we received said that a new meter for electricity is being installed. Can we all meet at Puraniks at an agreed date (some weekend in Jan) and then have some talk with the builder?
