According to senior revenue officer, the new numbers are nowhere similar to old numbers and they are not in a position to use new IDs for transactions such as property tax collection.

Q: Hi All, I am blocking an apartment in E-City Town by GM Infinite builder; up front it looks like a steal. Nothing is much said about them but there has been a buzz here and there about the builder. They could be intentionally posted by their direct/indirect competitors as well. Nothing very substantial on the net. Their project Springfields is running on delay of 3 years but it is the same dismal situation for all high rise apartment in Bangalore. Request you to do some recce as well and do not forget to post your comments. Please advise and suggest on the quality of construction and credibility of builder. Please Help !!! I am really not sure but I hope it is good. With Neo in the back drop it will definitely be a cheese cake provided they deliver in time and to what they had promised. Hi All I have Visited GM E-City Town, Phase-I construction in and out looks very rich and beautiful. Master Plan and Architecture is very nice and Phase - II t was Approved by BDA. I would suggest its a best project in Electronic city.

Poulami, I too have booked a West Facing 1360 apartment (A-336) in this property along with 11 of my friends and we intend to make them our Home. It is a very nice project which comes under the tag "Value for money". There aren't any freebies and do not expect anything uber cool in this price. It is pretty reasonably priced and provides all necessities in that price. Only one fall out would be that it does not have a DG back up for individual flats in 1st Phase. 2nd Phase it is available. Q: I have seen this property in Kadugudi white field. Located approximately 300m away from main road, behind chaitanya Villa. In all aspects I find this project better than many other project I have seen.Just concerned about legal aspect of it as I don't know any about it. Can any one help me in same regards. What I feel about overall project components :- I find their way of communication is very transparent. These people have been in this business from past 15-18 years so we can definitely expect better outcome and can be assure on proposed detailed getting translated into reality.Anyways there is always a component called "Faith" comes into picture when you are going for any pre-launch or on-going project. Apart from this what else should I check to get double assure....

Yes they have launched the project in February this year and expected to get completed by 2014. The project will have 56 flats and it is a G+3 floors structures. Varun Lotus offers 2 and 3 bhk apartments with modern amenities.

Is west Bangalore good for long term investment or short term investment?
The western parts of Bangalore command prices in the mid-segment from Rs 3,800 to Rs 4,700 per sqft. The demand in this region is increasing mainly because of the connectivity with the Metro and developing infrastructure. Hence, it has the advantage on the capital value as connectivity improves the demand and developers in this region contribute to the supply.

Any idea what is the rate per sqft they are quoting and is the project approved by BBMP. Can I take home loan from SBI for this project and when is the project getting completed?
The rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 16,000 and the project is under construction. The estimated possession date of the project is by June 2014. The project is known to be approved by BBMP and banks like Corporation Bank, Bank of Baroda and HDFC. So I do not think you can take home loan form State Bank of India but you can visit your nearest SBI and check if they can arrange home loan for this project.

Hi Roshan, A new project by Indium Properties, adjacent to the Judicial layout, Hejjala is quoting 1800/ps.ft. It has close proximity to the Mysore Road and the presence of Judicial Layout adjacent to it. I felt it has a good investment. But the time period should be 5-7 years and it will give you a good return.

Hi Chandramohan, Hope you have been getting the details from Swati above . I am Ajith and i have been active on the other forum/discussion on FOyer Apartments going on in COmmonfloor. I was busy and was away for a month and hence missed this forum .... Glad to see others chipping in with comments. I have taken posession of Foyer city flat on 1st July in A block. It is ready for posession , amenities and common area work is still going on. But sounds apt for you as its urgent for you. Yes, current rates are 3000/- but i believe that the same is the least among any other BDA approved/A khata candidate/SBI approved project in E city . All the best for the hunt....

Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 5099 and the expected completion date of the project is by end of 2018

As far as I know the offer is only for 2 bhk apartments in this project. You can buy a 2 bhk here at Rs 69.09 lakhs all inclusive which was earlier Rs 79.19 lakhs.

KNS Unnati is a plotted development towards west Bangalore. The area of the plots ranges from 1200 sqft to 2400 sqft. The price of the plots starts from Rs 33 lakhs on wards. Currently the rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 2750.

Q: I am looking to buy property from them. They are offering really low/cheap prices. From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves. Has anyone else researched them? Currently the rate per sqft going on in Metropolis Gurukrupa is Rs 3800. The project has got approval from BBMP and the sales rep[representative told me that they are give A Khata, Occupancy Certificate and CC as well.

How much has the builder increased the rate per sqft? The project was expected to be completed by April 2016 but I could see that the project is still under construction. Any idea when it will get completed?
Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 5099 and the expected completion date of the project is by end of 2018
