I was trying to have accommodation on rent in this building, but one of owner said we need to give one key each to owner of flat and watchman of the apartment. Incase of any leakage of gas or open water they will take care. but he was answerless if in case theft occurs in my absence.
Suggest you not to take such accommodation which is suspicious already.
