I have visited this project on 14th March 2015 and it looks they have started the construction recently or it has been stopped for long time as there were no construction activity. From the forum it looks this project was pre-launched in August 2013. Is this project really got all the approvals if yes, why is hte project still in preliminary stage since 1.5 years?

Hey Everybody!! I heard that not only SBI but also HDFC and ICICI bank have reduce home loan rates by 15-25 basis points last week but the offering is only for the new loan though.
@Niketan, I think HDFC offers a conversion option at a minimum fee to existing borrowers. For more details you can visit your nearest HDFC bank for further details and information about the same. CHEERS

I guess one should not invest in this property, this builder has also invested in GR QUEENS property in begur road, and residents are facing a lot of problem with regards to electricty, amenities. moreover the project is not yet finshed, it has already been delayed by 2 years. please be assured that you dont fall in the trap, there are better builders banerghatta road.

I agree with Lokesh. According to sources, around 5000 properties were registered in Bangalore suburb using fake forms. This circular was issued to prevent the mushrooming of illegal layouts and prohibit panchayats from sanctioning layout and building plans in violation of land revenue laws.
Not sure but it seems both real estate agents and and revenue department officials are involve in this racket.

Sri Vishnu Pearls is one of of the completed projects by Mahendra Group. The project was launched in the month of December 2013 and the estimated possession date of the project is by November 2014. It offers only 2 bhk apartments with size ranging from 820 sqft to 1180 sqft.

I would suggest you to check the profile of the builder, his past records, project deliveries, approvals from banks and local bodies etc. Also check if the project is rated by a credit rated agency. You can hire a legal expert to get all the clarifications

Q: I was trying to have accommodation on rent in this building, but one of owner said we need to give one key each to owner of flat and watchman of the apartment. Incase of any leakage of gas or open water they will take care. but he was answerless if in case theft occurs in my absence. Suggest you not to take such accommodation which is suspicious already.

Hi Praneeth, In response to the request, SoI accepted the digitization offer at Rs 33/document. This works out at around Rs 15.5 crore for the entire project. The Centre has promised to take entire burden under land reforms project.

I got one under pre-launch offer 30*40 plot. and they are quoting 1000/sqft - which i find very reasonable but as the developers is not so popular so i am really confused if i shall cancel my booking or believe them. Q: Moving to The Greens is nothing short of happiness for me. My mom and dog are really going to enjoy the place and so I.
