Hello yash, well its the same project as the project is still in the pre launch phase and they have 2 bhks and 3bhks on offer and the price quoted to me was Rs 2399/sqft +other charges like the car parking, club membership, power backup etc and all this inclusive come to approx Rs3000/sqft. Till date i am yet to receive concrete reply from BPTP authorities towards their intentions pertaining to their obligations towards the commitments made to me at the time of agreement. And there of changing the agreed parameters at their own sweet will to safeguard their personal interest hence unethically playing with my sentiments.Hi,
