Dear Sir, I have finalized a reday to move 1-BHK builder floor (25 Lak) in Niti Khand - 1, Indirapuram for rent purpose.
I am taking home loan of 20 lak for 20 yrs. my plan is to sell this flat after 5 yrs. as i will give this floor on rent (rent trend is 8-9 k). EMI would be approx 20 k.
As i calculate in 5 yrs i have to pay 12 lak rs.

Obtaining Occupancy Certificate and Completion certificate can be mandatory under respective State laws. As per these state laws, one cannot legally move into a building unless the developer gets an occupancy certificate from the respective local administrative or civic bodies. The corporation or municipality can ask the apartment owners to leave such illegally occupied flats or impose heavy penalties in the name of ‘regularization’.Hi,
