Emaar MGF Imperial Gardens is the latest residential project at sector 102 Gurgaon. It lies next to Dwarka Expressway and comprises of 3BHK apartments and penthouses. These have some really awesome facilities.
Still few exterior works are going on. I'm looking to buy a unit in this project for end use. I visited the site. Few towers, MCLP and club house are still UC. They have also mentioned construction updates on their website. Seems like they are being asked to declare insolvency but they are also disputing this. Better to wait and watch I guess.

Well vrinda, this is an under construction low rise apartments from the known builder Eldeco and is a good to invest property... the Current prices are around Rs 2850-Rs 3450 per sqft.
Hello vrinda.. you can invest here no doubt there will be much appreciation in future as the place is adjoining the japanese zone and then the builder too is quite reputed. the only problem if at all it can be considered one is that this is on the sector roads that is about half a km away from the NH8.

Hello Vrinda, the area will appreciate no doubt but whether to buy as invetsment or end useis dependant on the factors like your place of work... you cannot be staing here and working in Delhi or gurgaon as the distance os too much... but if youare working in the nearby area..you can surely go for end use....
Yea... rentals for 2 bhks semi furnished are in a range of Rs20-25000 rs here and there is a huge demand and the supply is comparetively very less...

Hi Nakul, these are premium 3 Bhk apartments in 2 sizes of 1550sqft and 1750 sqft area costing around Rs 52 lakhs. the projects is under construction and possession is expectd in another 5-6 months time. the location is great in the heart of the city and with good approach roads and conncetivity...

Hi Gaurav, the locality looks good in a noise and pollution free area with the Asola wildlife sanctuary in the vicinity and developments ongoing.. There is metro connectivity till Badarpur and is easily approachable from Noida, Greater Kailash and Nehru place. This is good end use area but you should look at your work place and approachability before you move...
Overall the area is pretty good with many schools and hospitals like Apolo nearby and this is off the Mathura road which is seeing much development and improved infrastructure. In addition the project has various amenities like water supply, power back up and security.. there is provision for rain water harvesting and club with swimming pool and health club.

Builder & dealer says that all the necessary approvals are there like completion certificate, approved maps etc, bank is approving & providing loan here. Hi Mr Bhagava, As per my knowledge, Sainik colony ,Faridabad is decent location with good residential environment. It is one of the developed sector in Faridabad. This area has all basic amenities like school, college, hospital & banks nearby. It is located very close to Gurgaon-Faridabad road.
Hi , In my point of view, it is a peaceful, pollution free & hazel free traffic area. Sainik-Colony is very demanding in the terms of appreciation and facility. This place is very nearer to Gurgaon and at the same time this is accessible to Noida. This is the main reason that Sainik-Colony is getting too much attention these days in property market. Situated in Faridabad -Gurgaon Highway.

Q: Hello friends. I am having a flat in RPS SAVANA n it's posession was supposed to b offered in 2009 but till I have not got posession . Their compensation clause is really great. They charge 24% if payment goes late but provide 5 rs/Sq feet compensation . I request all the people who are having their flat In that to please share their contact detail so that we can get posession along with compensation . Hi Rajesh, As per my knowledge, this Park Sentosa is one of the popular residential development in Sector 77, Faridabad. Sector 77 Faridabad is a decent developing residential sector, having all daily basic amenities nearby. This project offers 2BHK & 3BHK apartment, area ranging from 1400 sq-ft to 1646 sq-ft. Basement work is on process.
@ Rajesh, As per sources, this project inventory is not yet ready to come to market. Builder is planning to launch this project after some time. Yeah as per the construction work, the possession of project may be around 2018 December.

Sizes are available from 372 - 400 sq.ft (Carpet area) in 1BHK, from 507 - 550 sq.ft (carpet area) in 2 BHK and from 645 - 750 sq.ft (Carpet Area). Its per square foot rate is Rs.4000. It is a HUDA approved the project and its possession date will be December 2019.
