Hi, Planing to purchase Independent house at shadnagar with 23 L
Q: Is that worthy purchase of 23L at shadnagar, and this is not of investment..we are planing to stay there. my first concern is house is far from hitechcity which is my work place. Kindly suggest me to take a decision 1.Do we get any individual house near by ORR around 25L cost 2.is it worthy purchase at shadnagar 3.any transportation facilities from Shadnagar to hitech City 4.what is the feedback of CSK realtors as we are planning for CSK green villa

Hi Krishna : the price for 3bhk will be around Rs 24L for 2403 sq ft. As far as I know it is a good project and also the location is good. If you are planning to do investments it is a good option.
Thank you for suggestion. I'm Confused, as you suggested it is good for investment but My plan is to take home and stay there. How would be the transportation facility kindly help me out. do i have any independent house near by in my budget of 25L.
