Any one from CTS booked in Richmond Park?

@Vinay, Paranjape Richmond Park by Paranjape Schemes Construction Limited, Rahatani, Pune offers 2/3BHK residential flats. 2BHK from 800-900 sq-ft and 3BHK from 1000-1100 sq-ft. As per the developer the current price will be Rs. 4800/sq-ft. and a 2BHK in 800-900 sq-ft will be cost around Rs. 38.40 lacs to 43.20 lacs.
Well the pre-launch offer was 4500 rs and still a 910 salebale 2bhk package was of 49.3 Lakhs. Not sure how someone calsultates 38.40 Lacs..
