Madhuban Balewadi
Q: Saw their sample flat. Flats are too small. I don't like the layout. Too much rate quoted. No branded fittings. Unknown builder. No Kajaria Tiles. Kitchen work is below average. Omega lifts which is not reputed brand. Doors are not laminated. Sanitary fittings are of unknown brand. There are better projects available in this price range on other side of highway in baner. Not worth the money which is ask for this project. Avoid at any cost.

There are project from other builders.. But do not buy flat in Madhuban. There are Omega Lift problems, Non branded fittings. Water problems. Hi, Any residents of Madhuban Society, Balewadi here? I am planning to buy a flat there for end use. How is the society? What all amenities they are providing? Please share your experience. Kindly update the project status as well. Thanks...
