My comments to replies
I have Invested through 20-80 scheme into Raj Infinia, Malad. The project is delayed by 3 years and completion is not in sight. The builder keeps on delaying the possession date and now I notice complaint is being filed by individual flat owners for which details are available on RERA website. Builder has refused to pay for the EMI and defaulted on the bank loans. We should get together and file complaint against the builder.
