Q: is it true that if a land is purchased under mundkars act but finalised through a lawyer and not through the mamlatdar and the amount of purchase is less then 50000, then the land registeration fees and stamp duty would be calculated on the current market value of the land and not the amount of purchase because the vale of purchase is less then the market value because of the mundkars act?what documents should be given to us by the bhatkar/lawyer after the puchase is finalised? -

Latest Answer: Hi Ravi, I would suggest you there are lot of rules and regulation under mundkar's act, so you have to hire a lawyer and then many laws are there. It would be better if you don't go for it.
