Hi Brahamveer, I heard that the process is still going on. They have already applied for the connection and waiting for the approval. This project located in Kalamboli. Just 5km from the project there is Navi Mumbai International Airport. As far as I know it is good project so far didn't heard any bad reviews about the project.
Presently all flats in Phase-1 have been sold & they are almost ready to posses. Now builder has started booking of Phase-2 @ Rs.4900/- psf. Phase-2 is under construction & will be ready by EOY 2015.

Neel Sidhi Amarante is yet to get electricity connection from MSEB. It's been heard that MSEB doesn't have sufficient infrastructure(Feeder transformers & lines) to feed approx. 1000 flats in this project. So any idea, what's the status of electricity connection issue?

Hello Rathin, I think you are talking about Phase I. I had a word with the marketing executive and it seems it is going to take another 2 to 3 months from now to get the electricity connection.
Yes! I am talking about Phase 1. Did they mention any specific reason for this delay?
