I did book flat in this project in Apr 2013. Sale deed done in Apr 2013. But instead of more than 95 per cent payment , still no signs of completion or possession.. We read lot of poor people are robbed of their hard life earnings. To encounter , there is urgent need for very strong housing regulator aprt from single window clearance for any project. This will be a win win ituation for builders as well as shelter seeekers. There are much from new Government. With due respect we need to urge our beloved PM to take right step in this direction. approvals are ok . But work is very slow going on. You may confirm from builder , about probable date of possetion and ensure to incorporate it in sale deed.

Hi all, It is come to know that they are increase the rate of Flat no-1/2/5/7 by Rs. 4517/sq-ft. in 911-953 sq-ft. Even they are saying that the possession date will be December'2015.
I think you have not done proper home work before commenting. Present s in the are not more than Rs 2700/- per sq feet. pls confirm. I am talking abount City 3 on besa pipla rd , Nagpur.

Fraud: Retired bank manager among three held TNN | May 4, 2014, 06.52 AM IST NAGPUR: Three persons, including former manager of Bhandara District Co-operative Bank Suresh Thakre, has been arrested along with accountants Arvind Shende and Devanand Gopale by Sonegaon police on Friday for their alleged involvement in a fraud of Rs 28.08 lakh. It's come to fore that Shende and Gopale, working as accountants with builder Pradeep Tatawar, had opened a fake account at the cooperative bank to encash seven cheques worth Rs 28.08 lakh between October 22, 2012, and January 29, 2013. The cheques were being given by Tatawar to senior accountant Shende and his junior Gopale for depositing in two bank accounts of the company. The accountants pocked the cash by encashing the cheques elsewhere. Soon after, Shende and Gopale left their jobs citing different reasons.
