Hi, I am also thinking to book a flat in Sonesta I woods. Would like to know about the area, is the area is safe and also is ballendur lake is a problem because I heard it is a polluted lake and can cause health problems and smells some time. Also I heard that the builder is not punctual in giving possessions, sonesta meadows was delayed by one year.
