Is all the documents are clear? they are saying land was purchased from huda. 3. Is loan approval from all the banks? SBI, LIC, HDEFC etc.Please share your feedback

It seems this project is going-on from almost 3-4 years.
I would appreciate if someone who have already took flat in Empire Meadows can through light on below queries -
- Is all mentioned amenities are ready now ?
- Do we see air and water pollution as its close to industrial area ?
- How about the water supply - do they have manjeera line ?
- Is the area safe to live/travel in night time ?
Hey Ashutosh, as far as i know this project is located in Miyapur - Bachupally Road and 3bhk is ready to move..i.e 1200 sq ft. For 1460 sq ft, the possession would be by oct 2014. The price per sq ft is Rs 2,500, also slightly negotiable.
Already 150 families are staying here and the locality is safe enough. They have already got approval for Manjeera line water supply. Almost all basic amenities are over, only club house is left.
